Software Licensing Available
The NWBOC eProcurement software currently used to do business with buying entities across the country is now being licensed for private and state marketplaces.

Procurement Assistance Software & Support (formerly known as DET or Economic Engine) has been working with public entities and non-profit organizations for the past seven years, but NWBOC recently decided to expand the market area to include private companies and state marketplaces.

If you have clients that are interested in saving time and money using the Internet to do vendor management and bid communication, NWBOC will set up a time to demonstrate the other two sides of the software (the buyers' side and the administrative side).

The licensing fees for this software and services are based entirely on the buying entity's needs, along with the number of vendors they currently do business with.

NWBOC's product and services have been proven to save 7-14% of the total purchasing budget. If you have a client who is currently looking for a savings of that kind in the procurement area, then along with their savings, you can share in the revenue generated from each contact.

Your client will thank you for the introduction to the time and cost savings that will be achieved in the future.

This software is extremely user friendly. Buyers can be trained online to publish bids in about an hour. Online and phone customer support is available from 8am EST to 5pm PST Monday-Friday (except holidays).

Meet Lisa Fouts of Cargo Transit, Inc.

Having earned a degree in accounting, Lisa Fouts began her business career working at CPA firms.  She spent 10 years working as an accountant, which prepared her to handle the financial side of business. Looking for a change and a challenge during seven years in the freight brokerage business, she worked from an entry-level position into a management position.  Ready for another change, she embarked on the formation of a new freight brokerage company. Today, Lisa is the President and sole owner of Cargo Transit, headquartered in Weaverville, NC.

With clients located all over the United States, Cargo Transit contracts directly to carriers to haul customer's freight with enough capacity to handle over the road, air, ocean or railroad. These services can be broken down even further for refrigerated products, products needing specialized equipment such as drop decks, curtain vans, team loads, over dimensional freight, etc. Cargo Transit has multiple offices across the nation. Each office specializes in different areas and prides itself on being able to provide "one stop shopping" for all customers' shipping demands.
