NWBOC Benefits

More than ever, companies are looking for certified and qualified WBEs, MBEs and VBEs.  In many cases, they will only work with businesses that have these credentials. For this reason, NWBOC offers a variety of business development programs that include trainings, webinars and conferences.  These resources are only available for certified members and help them become more procurement-ready.  NWBOC has formed partnerships with corporations and government organizations around the country who accept its certifications and seek opportunities to connect with its members.

CERTIFICATIONS

NWBOC is a third party certifying agency that offers the WBE/MBE/VBE certification. NWBOC is also a third party certifier for the SBA for the WOSB and EDWOSB program.

EVENTS

NWBOC hosts several conferences throughout the year that are open to all small business owners. ACCESS is NWBOC’s largest annual conference and features two days of networking, keynote speakers and hands on workshops.  Certified members are able to meet one-on-one with corporate and government suppliers.

MENTORING

All NWBOC certified members are eligible to apply for the mentoring program. This is a unique opportunity to be paired with an NWBOC corporate partner who will assist with RFPs, business development strategies and procurement readiness.

TRAININGS & WEBINARS

NWBOC offers trainings and webinars throughout the year to help its members make the most of their certifications and grow their businesses.

PUBLICATION

NWBOC Connect is an annual publication that features WBEs/MBE/VBEs and corporate supplier diversity champions.
